Our campsite near Grenoble, at the foot of Lake Monteynard, offers access to a wide range of sports of all kinds!
You can enjoy the lake, known for its kitesurfing spot, but also go hiking in the mountains to reach new heights with the Himalayan footbridges, or cycle through the heart of Isère to discover the surrounding mountain passes. You will find an activity you enjoy during your stay.
We recommend renting paddleboards and electric bikes, available directly at Camping de la Plage, so you can enjoy or try out new sports activities. And to help you wake up gently, your campsite offers yoga classes as part of its family activities on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

What are the arrival and departure rules?
Accommodations must be vacated by 10 a.m.. If your accommodation is not re-let, it is possible to pay a supplement and stay in your accommodation until 6 pm. Please ask at reception.
Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon. If your pitch is not re-rented, you can pay an additional fee and stay in your accommodation until 6 pm. Please ask at reception.
Vehicles are not allowed on the campsite after 10 pm. Arrivals are possible between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. for pitches and 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. for accommodations. For arrivals between 7 pm and 10 pm, we have a “late arrival” system that allows you to access your rental independently. So if you expect to arrive outside these times, give us a call on 04.76.34.06.31 and we’ll get things organized. And if you really have forgotten to let us know, we’ll take care of it for you! What facilities are provided in the Accommodations?
Sheets are never provided in our rentals, as we know you prefer your own to feel at home (140 cm double beds and 80 cm single beds). If you want to lighten the load, you can book disposable woven paper sheets. They’re very soft. Bivouac tents are the only ones available with sheets.
Pillows are provided. They are available in your accommodations. They are disinfected between each stay. But don’t forget to bring your own if you want all the comforts of home.
Comforters are provided in the accommodations.
Towels are not provided. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. If you wish to wash and dry them during your stay, a laundry service is available on site. Beach towels can also be purchased in our convenience store.
The Accommodations are fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. We advise you to take with you only those special utensils (toasters, etc.) that are essential for your comfort.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite. We ask you to keep them on a leash and to take them outside the campsite to relieve themselves. It is forbidden to leave an animal alone on a pitch, tied up or locked in a car or in an accommodation. Vaccination certificates must be presented on arrival.
Category 1 dogs are prohibited.
Is there a restaurant?
The Spot restaurant welcomes you for an ice cream, a drink, a waffle or a meal overlooking the lake. Open daily from 8 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, from 12 to 2 p.m. for lunch and from 7 to 10 p.m. for dinner (June to September).
In April and May, the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, for lunch and dinner. The bar is open every day. Book now!
What happens in the event of cancellation?
1 – Cancellation by Camping de la Plage
In the event of cancellation by Camping de la Plage, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.
2 – Cancellation by the camper
- For camping pitch
Cancellations must be made in writing to the campsite management.
If the cancellation is made no later than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be retained by the campsite.
If the cancellation is not received by us at least 7 days before the arrival date, the stay will be charged to the customer.
- For accommodation
Cancellations must be made in writing to the campsite management.
If the cancellation is made no later than 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days and less than 21 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be retained by the campsite.
If the cancellation is not received 21 days before the arrival date at the latest, the stay will be charged to the customer.
